Balloons at Staple Hill

Back in April Hannah Cotter, Emma Pitt and Ann Sheppard from the Staple Hill branch were handing out balloons on the local high street.  We would like to thank the gentleman who took this photo and who was kind enough to bring a copy into the office for us.

Wards Solicitors with ten branches in the Bristol area raised a record £15,365. Although the firm has participated in previous Will Aid campaigns, this amazing fundraising total smashes their previous record and makes them the current top performing firm. The sequins and glamour of the ballroom arrived at Rookery Manor, near Weston on Saturday 27th February for a “Not so Strictly Come Dancing” competition in aid of domestic violence charity, Standing Together.

Hard work pays off at Wards Solicitors

Wards Solicitors are proud to announce that Lucia Pucarelli has qualified as a Solicitor after seven years of study. Lucia joined Wards Solicitors in September 2007 following a 4 year degree in Law & French and a further year’s LPC, both at UWE. Having spent the last two years working at Wards as a trainee solicitor, Lucia has completed seats in Conveyancing, Litigation and Family Law.

Disputes Solicitor joins Wards’ city centre office

Disputes solicitor, Alex Lyttle, has recently joined Wards’ Business Services team, based in their Bristol city centre office.

Legal Executive named as Family Law Specialist

Sylvie Penwill, a Legal Executive at the Weston office of Wards Solicitors, has been recognised as a specialist by the UK’s leading family law group, Resolution (formerly known as the Solicitors Family Law Association). Sylvie is one of only a handful of Resolution accredited lawyers in the Weston area.

New Family solicitor for Ward’s Weston-super-Mare office

Natalie Amor has joined Wards’ Family team and is based in their Weston-super-Mare office. She qualified as a solicitor in 2007, having trained with Willans Solicitors in Cheltenham. Prior to this Natalie received a first-class honours degree from Exeter University and a Distinction from UWE. Natalie will specialise in all aspects of family work, including care work and injunctions.

Yate Solicitor named as Family Law Specialist with National Accreditation

Louise Boustead, a solicitor at the Yate office of Wards Solicitors, has been recognised as a specialist by the UK’s leading family law group, Resolution (formerly known as the Solicitors Family Law Association). Louise is one of only a handful of Resolution accredited solicitors in the Yate area.
