Local lawyer, Sarah Woodward, took a step up when she recently became a fully qualified member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP). Sarah is a fully qualified Legal Executive (FILEX), who works in the Wills & Trusts department at the Clevedon office of Wards Solicitors. She said: “The qualification requires an in-depth understanding of the tax aspects of trust administration, probate and capital tax planning.”

Local solicitor, James Taylor, who is based at Wards’ Solicitors Bradley Stoke branch and is the Manager of the office, has been promoted to Associate. James is a civil disputes lawyer who joined Wards in 2006. He qualified as a solicitor in 1997 and has over 10 years’ experience of all aspects of civil litigation.
