Conveyancing team expands in central Bristol office

Theo Vitagliano, a new Associate Solicitor, has joined Wards’ conveyancing team and is based at the firm’s central Bristol office in Broad Street.  Between 1984 and 1992, prior to qualifying as a solicitor, Theo worked for the Planning Inspectorate, managing a team of case officers and dealing with High Court re-determination matters (appeals remitted to the Secretary of State following a successful challenge in the High Court).

From 1992-95 he worked as Secretary to the Directing Board of the Vehicle Inspectorate, the Government’s first executive agency (now the Vehicle and Operator Services Agency).

He then decided to train as a solicitor, qualified in 1998 and worked from 1999 to 2001 with Wards.  He joined Henriques Griffiths in 2005, following a spell living and working abroad but was persuaded to rejoin Wards in 2008.

His appointment brings the number of conveyancers in our central Bristol office to three, with a total of 18 across Wards’ 10 offices in Bristol, South Gloucestershire & North Somerset.

Theo specialises in all aspects of residential conveyancing, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, and re-mortgage work.  He comments: “Moving house can be very stressful – even for those who have done it before. I enjoy working with clients to complete on their sale or purchase with the minimum of fuss and delay, wherever possible”.
