Residential property solicitor, Rebecca Stuart, has moved offices to join Wards’ Conveyancing team in their Clevedon office. She will be working with senior conveyancer, Sue Mullan.

Rebecca is a qualified solicitor who specialises in all aspects of residential conveyancing, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, and re-mortgages. Rebecca joined Wards Solicitors in October 2001 as a trainee and qualified in April 2004. She worked in their Bradley Stoke conveyancing team before relocating to Clevedon.

The Clevedon office opened in May 2005, when Wards merged with the established firm, Tanner Vowles & Cheshire. Since then, the office has expanded, adding new services and several new lawyers.

Rebecca comments: “I am looking forward to working in Clevedon and helping existing clients, as well as making contact with new ones”.
