Wards expands commercial property team

Commercial property specialist Helen Cowan joined Wards’ Central Bristol office recently. Helen is a qualified property solicitor with 1 years’ experience and has joined Wards’ growing commercial property team. Before qualifying, Helen worked as a paralegal, specialising in property law for 3 years in both London and Bristol, before completing her solicitor training at a law firm in Bath.

Wards commercial property team acts for a wide range of land-owners and developers and has a particular expertise in the retail and leisure sectors (notably, hotels, pubs and restaurants).

Helen said: “The workload at Wards appears to be varied and I’m looking forward to meeting existing clients and helping to bring in new ones.”
