Wards has expanded its Business Services team in its central Bristol office. Head of the team and Corporate Partner, Bridget Juckes, has relocated from the firm’s Bradley Stoke office, together with Commercial Solicitor Joanne Turner. 

The team has also expanded through the arrival of Commercial Disputes Solicitor, John Carter, who recently joined from Osborne Clarke solicitors in Bristol. The second addition is Commercial Disputes Solicitor, Elizabeth Nash, who joined in January from Lyons Davidson. Both John and Elizabeth will act for a wide range of businesses and private individuals, handling disputes ranging from breach of supplier contract and shareholder disagreements, to debt and property litigation.

Bridget (front left in photo) comments: “The team now numbers 14 (with another property solicitor joining us in February), 9 of whom are based in our central Bristol office. We decided to relocate and expand our team here, as this is where we are experiencing the largest growth in work from owner-managed businesses and referrers, such as accountants and bankers. The team provides the full range of business services, from corporate and commercial, to property, employment and disputes”.
