Wards expand Bradley Stoke commercial team - 17 May 2006

Joanne Turner recently qualified as a solicitor at Wards, after 18 months’ spent training with the firm. She joined Wards’ Bristol City office in 2004, having previously worked for company agents, Jordans Limited.

Now qualified, she has joined Wards’ Bradley Stoke office as part of the Business Services team. She has extensive experience of UK and offshore company formation, structure and administration issues, having spent four years with Jordans. She now specialises in a range of commercial aspects, from business start-ups to business structures, and both bespoke and standard trading contracts.

Wards Business Services team acts for a wide range of companies, partnerships and sole practitioners, handling commercial and intellectual property matters, corporate finance, disputes, business premises and employment issues. 

Joanne said: “I’ve enjoyed training with Wards, as the workload is very varied. I’m looking forward to meeting existing Wards’ clients and also advising new ones in the area”.
