Conveyancing team in Weston-super-Mare expands - 25 January 2007
A new lawyer has joined Wards’ conveyancing team and
will be based at the firm’s Weston-super-Mare office. Judith Tomlinson
trained with John Hodge Solicitors in Weston-super-Mare and qualified as
a solicitor in 1987. Judith returns to private legal practice after a
career break which included time spent lecturing at UWE in Bristol.
Her appointment brings the number of our conveyancers in
Weston-super-Mare to three, with a total of 12 across Wards’ various
North Somerset offices.
Judith will specialise in all aspects of residential conveyancing,
including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, and re-mortgage
work. She comments: “Moving house can be very stressful – even for those
who have done it before. I enjoy working with clients to complete on
their sale or purchase with the minimum of fuss and delay, wherever
possible”.
