Litigation specialist Chris Scroggs joined Wards’ Bristol City centre office recently. Chris is a litigation Associate with over 13 years’ experience and has re-joined Wards’ growing litigation team. He previously worked for 8 years at Wards’ Broad Street office, leaving in 2000 to work with Laytons. 

Prior to joining Wards the first time, Chris trained with and worked for Lyons Davidson solicitors. 

Wards litigation team acts for a wide range of businesses and private individuals, handling disputes ranging from breach of supplier contract and shareholder disagreements, to boundary and neighbour disputes.
