Commercial disputes solicitor, Elizabeth Nash, has joined Wards’ Business Services team, based in the Bristol city centre office. She has over four years’ experience in helping businesses and individuals resolve disputes and has an extensive knowledge of the procedures that exist in order to do so.

She arrives at Wards from Lyons Davidson where she developed a specialism in contract disputes and claims in professional negligence. Elizabeth is from a Bristol family and was born and brought up here. 

She was educated at Bristol Grammar School from the age of 8.  She graduated from Manchester University having completed a 4 year honours degree in English Literature and Ancient Greek.  She returned to Bristol to qualify in Law at the University of the West of England in 2001.

Elizabeth will act for a wide range of businesses and private individuals, handling disputes ranging from breach of supplier contract and shareholder disagreements, to debt and property disputes.
