Residential property conveyancer, Robert McDonald, has joined Wards’ National Conveyancing team, based in Bradley Stoke. The team is led by conveyancing specialist, Dan Beaumont and Robert will work with Dan, Sarah Howe and Rachel Craddy, assisted by a dedicated team of support staff. The team acts for employees based throughout the UK moving house as a result of their company’s relocation.

Robert is an experienced conveyancing specialist and a member of the Institute of Legal Executives. He has worked for a large law firm based in Northampton, before relocating to Bristol to work for a regional law firm. He advises on all aspects of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, right-to-buy, and re-mortgage work.

Robert comments: “They say that changing jobs, moving house and relocating are three of the most stressful things anyone can do. We work closely with our client’s relocation company to sell their old home and purchase their new one with the minimum of fuss and delay. I enjoy taking the stress out of their relocation, wherever possible”.
