Residential property solicitor, Rachel Craddy, has joined Wards’ National Conveyancing team, based in Bradley Stoke. The team is led by conveyancing specialist, Dan Beaumont and Rachel will work with Dan and Sarah Dixon. The team acts for company employees based throughout the UK moving house as a result of a company relocation. 

Rachel is a qualified solicitor who specialises in all aspects of residential conveyancing. She completed her training contract with Bennetts Solicitors in Bristol, where she dealt with a full range of conveyancing matters, including high value and agricultural properties.

Rachel comments: “They say that changing jobs, moving house and relocating are three of the most stressful things anyone can do. When these are combined in a company relocation, some of our clients can find it extremely taxing. I aim to work closely with their relocation company to sell their old home and purchase their new one with the minimum of fuss and delay. I enjoy taking the stress out of their relocation, wherever possible”.
