Katherine Roe joined Wards’ Wills & Probate team in January 2007 and is based at our Bradley Stoke office. She trained with McEwens Solicitors in Swindon and qualified as a solicitor in 2001. Her experience encompasses litigation, handling a range of disputes but, more recently, she has focused on the area of Wills, trusts and probate (estate administration). She also advises on Inheritance Tax Planning issues.

 

Katherine comments: “Unfortunately, I see the many problems that can arise when people don’t have a Will but, on the more positive side, I enjoy the challenge of helping minimise tax burdens via careful inheritance planning. I’m looking forward to working with existing Wards’ clients and meeting new ones in the area”.
