Jonathan trained in the Midlands and, following qualification as a solicitor he specialised in property matters.

He joined Wards in 2000, was made an Associate in 2002 and a Partner in 2005. Jonathan deals with a range of property-related issues, including the drafting and negotiation of business leases for all types of premises, the purchase and disposal of properties, and planning issues.

Jonathan says: “I’ve covered a wide spectrum of property issues to date and particularly enjoy acting for clients in the hotel and leisure sectors. The instructions I receive are interesting and the deadlines are often quite tight. I enjoy the challenge!”.
