Jenny is a qualified solicitor and she joined Wards in 1999, becoming a Partner in 2003. She heads up the team that specialises in offering advice on Wills, trusts and probate (estate administration) issues. Jenny also has considerable expertise in Inheritance Tax Planning. She is a qualified member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, Regional Coordinator of Solicitors for the Elderly, Bristol group and a member of the Law Society’s Probate section.
Jenny comments: “My team provides an essential service to clients. Fewer than 74% of the UK population have made a Will and, unfortunately, we see the many problems that can arise when a Will is not in place.
