Emma
Kerry Emma qualified as a solicitor in January 2005, after 15 months’ training in Wards’ city centre office. She originally joined our Weston-super-Mare office in 2003, having previously worked for a number of years at Bristol Citizens’ Advice Bureau. In May 2005 she moved to the firm’s new Clevedon office, where she acts for clients locally, as well as in the Portishead, Weston and Nailsea areas. She trained in various departments at Wards, before choosing to join the litigation department as an assistant solicitor. Her role is varied and includes advising on a range of disputes for private clients, such as those involving faulty goods, property, defective building work, boundary disputes and consumer credit disputes.
