Elizabeth Fry
Partner, Head of the Disputes department

Elizabeth qualified as a solicitor in 1986 and joined Wards in 1999, becoming head of the Disputes department in 2000. She has specialised in disputes law since 1988, dealing with all sorts of claims, from business disputes to land and will disputes.

She is a Supervisor for the Legal Services Commission Specific Franchise in Consumer/General Litigation Contract, one of only a handful of accredited solicitor supervisors for this category in Bristol.

Elizabeth says: “Dispute resolution is the key to all the instructions we handle. We always work closely with our clients to try to achieve the best possible solution to their claim, whether that means using mediation, alternative dispute resolution or proceeding through the Courts”.
