Bridget Juckes
Partner and Head of Business Services

Bridget qualified as a solicitor in 1985, having trained with London law firm, Withers. On qualification, she joined another City firm, Taylor Garrett, specialising in company and commercial work. She moved to Bristol in 1988, working for Lyons Davidson as an Associate in the company/commercial department. In 1999 she joined Wards, becoming a partner in 2003 and she now heads up the Business Services team.

Bridget has extensive and broad-ranging corporate and commercial experience, including handling public and private company purchases and disposals (of both shares and businesses); advising on and putting in place business structures; negotiating and drafting trading and employment agreements; and advising on intellectual property issues.
